AlumaMark (Thermal Marking)
AlumaMark is a unique material created with one purpose in mind: producing black, richly detailed images of photographic quality on metal. Instead of burning the material, a low-power CO2 laser gently heats a special coating, triggering a chemical reaction within it. This allows precise control over the shades, from deep black, through the full greyscale, to warm sepia tones.
Purpose and Application

- 👤 Personal ID badges: Makes it possible to place a clear photograph of an employee next to text and the company logo.
- 🏷️ Product labels and barcodes: Excellent for marking premium products, where aesthetics and the high resolution of a QR or bar code matter.
